We are excited to invite you to our upcoming Focused Writing Event — a dedicated space designed to help you build momentum, stay accountable, and make real progress on your projects.
Focused Writing Event
Date: Saturday, October 25
Time: 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Location: Writing Center (Pearson Library) or join us online via Zoom
This event offers structured writing time in a supportive, distraction-free environment. Come write alongside your fellow graduate students and experience the power of community in moving your work forward.
What to Expect:
- Goal-setting to start the session
- Quiet, focused writing blocks
- Coffee/resource break
- Closing reflections and check-in
What to Bring:
- Laptop + charger (or notebook + journal)
- Notes, books, or materials for your project
- Earbuds or headset (if on Zoom)
- Water, coffee/tea, and snacks
Why Join?
- Build momentum and confidence by writing alongside peers.
